Job Description:


The Strategic Communications team is responsible establishing and elevating the Trust brand across key stakeholders. This includes utilizing media relations, social media, storytelling, and external events.

Expected Assignments:

The Strategic Communications Intern will assist with research for talking points, scheduling interviews, photo sessions and videotaping, editing PowerPoints, developing social media content, drafting news releases and web content, and supporting event planning..

Cycle Time Commitment: October 1, 2020 through September 30, 2021

Ideal majors: Communications, Journalism, Digital Media/Marketing

Hours per week: 21

Salary: $15.00/hour

Experience and Skills:


The Strategic Communications will report to the vice president of strategic communications, working alongside the directors of communications and public relations to support the Strategic Communications team. Excellent oral and written communication skills are a must, along with strong attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Word and PowerPoint preferred. Ability to analyze data, synthesize findings, provide practical, actionable insights, and create clear summary reports
